Purpose:
- Brightfield, Fluorescence and DIC.
- Motorized stage for automated collection of large specimens and for measurement.
- Set up for distance research.
- High resolution capture on a SPOTcamera (comparable to film).
- Quick collection of image from standard color CCD camera.
- Uses the metamorph image analysis program for automated counts, areas, lengths, density/intensity (using 12 bit SPOT camera), motion analysis, cluster analysis and other morphometric measurements.
- Fluorescence covers the entire visible range spectrum from UV to near IR.
